Review:

While wholly unrealistic, this book doesn't care. The story is gut wrenching, and after everything we have seen the characters go through, the author ties it up here. Is it pretty? No, did you not see where I said it was gut wrenching. take it for what you will. Brooklyn is a girl with the world at her feet, but by far too many enemies for one of her age. She has some issues to work through in this book, as does some other characters.
I really can't go into depth about much because it will give away the book, just know that Brooklyn is strong and stays trong through everything dished out at her. She has her faithful best friend Kennedy at her side as they navigate being teenagers in a dog eat dog world. This is told in Brooklyns pov just like the other books, and it's a surprising glimpse into a girl who just wants the simple life.

Review:

OMGosh, I can't wait until everyone reads this. This has the mother of all cliff hangers, be aware of that. This book adds in new characters, and a possible new love interest. We will have to see how that could unfold. Brooklyn is suddenly thrust into a family that never knew she existed, and of course that is going to bring some serious drama. The characters have continued to grow and have more depth to them.
Secrets get revealed and wreck havoc for some charcters, adding yet another layer of suspense and drama to this world that has been created. Over all, I love these characters and this world. There is a character I would like to choke slam, but not naming names. Told all in Brooklyn's POV this is such a great book. you have to have read the first one to read this, it is not a stand alone.
