Wow! It's no secret that I love rock star romance, and when I found out one of my favorite authors was coming out with this new series, I couldn't help but to dive right in. Rush is the prelude novel to the Black Hearts Still Beat series. It was a fantastic introduction into this whole new world full of romance, heartbreakingly beautiful lyrics and a connection between two scarred souls.

This was a completely engrossing page-turner that I simply couldn't bring myself to put down. I am already in love with this world and after that ending, I cannot wait for book two.
