Talk about a series ender. I wasn't ready to say good bye, I really wasn't, even though the story had beautifully played out and it was time to go, I didn't want to. I love these characters so freaking much, it was such a rush in each book, you never knew where the author was going to take you. The depth of each book, and the story that is told is unmatched. The character development far exceded my expectations.
Emersyn is such a strong character, she is as the title implies, fierce. Her guys are such amazing matches, and I ugh, just love them all so freaking much. There isn't a single character I like more than the others, they are all amazing. I could not get enough of this book, and I will tell you a few things, one, we need to see more books in this world, I won't take no for an answer, two, I won't take no for an answer, I need more. Anyways as always this book was told in multiple pov like the rest, and was so good with the twists and turns I couldn't put it down.

Magic is old. Steam is progressive. And the world is falling into waste.

I’m just one person, but I don’t want to contribute to the cause of killing our world. Despite the global pollution crisis, my life is simple, peaceful, and happy.

And then it’s turned into an epic journey as I’m sent on a mission of hope to collaborate on reinventing the steam engine in an effort to slow the destruction of the only planet we have. With little time to prepare, I’m sent across the country to a convention promising to be filled with the most brilliant minds.

On my way, I gather some new companions, nearly drown in a magical storm summoned by monstrous sea creatures, and rediscover a lost race of dangerous abominations that had been thought extinct. Only then do I make it to the remote island thinktank.

Review:

When the writer says it's her alternate reality and she will write what she wants, she does. This was such an interesting book, there was so much to it, and so many small things that add to a bigger picture. I have neve read anything Steampunk, or close to it, so I don't know if this is how they are written or not. Honestly I don't care. It was so well writen so the sub genre is moot.The world building was so awesome, I could see it all in my head. The characters were some of the best, and all seemed to meld together nicely. told in multiple pov, this was a super fun read.

Review:

Holy royal intrigue. What a good book this is. It's chock full of twists, turns and surprises. Ms. June always demonstrates her knowledge of how to bring her readers to their knees. The wonderful world building and fantastic characters pull you in, and the plot keeps you coming back for more. Christine, August, Leo, and Atticus are by far the most complicated dynamic I have read, and it's more that just a simple reverse harem, or a why choose. There is way more than just simply falling into bed together, and being one big happy family.
There are layers upon layers in this book, and when you think you know which way is up, you get hit again with another twist. The delightful by play of the characters is another thing that keeps you on your toes. The chemistry of these characters is off the charts, but make no mistake, they are extremly complicated. Told in multiple pov, I can think of no reason you should not pick this up and devour it like I did.

I moved to Howling Cove to get out from under the oppressive thumbs of the alphas that run the city I grew up in. Although Howling Cove only has a population of 11,000, I thought I should be able to blend right in as any other basic beta might. Review:

Going to be honest, I resisted the lure of omegaverse for so long, it just sounded weird to me. Yeah well I am EATING those words, and it's because of books like this, that I am becoming a huge fan. There is a depth to the characters that just get you so into the story, and you can empathize with them. The world building is great, and I really enjoyed the over all character development. The characters are so full of life, and enjoyable to read.

This is a mmmfmm contemporary omegaverse series of standalones. The characters are all adults and there will be mentions of alcohol, drug use, and some violence.

Review:

Good book in set in the Omegaverse. It was a totally different take from anything I have read in that genre, so I was really interested in the trip it would take me on (no pun intended). Hazel was defintely someone I am not really used to in an omegaverse, she is brash, she is rude, she owns it, and her life, and she is perfectly happy thank you very much. The men were very diverse with their behavior and generally how they acted, which is great, you know, variety is the spice of life. The authors did a great job with the world building, and making sure that the characters developed with the story. There are twists and turns, and of course a cliffy because, that's how authors roll now a days, they like to leave us hanging, so they can torture us a bit more. All in all good read, would recommend to anyone that wants something different for their omegaverse for sure, it's also told in multiple pov.
