Lynn and Carson...this was not the story I was expecting, and for that I am so so so glad. This book has all the feels and then some. It's raw, it's gritty, it's feelings of helplessness, and the flush of new love. For an author to make you feel this, you HAVE to be dang good at your job. It is more than entertaining, the author should draw you in, and that is what Ava Harrison has done with this book. I am not rehashing the plot other than you say, put aside what you THOUGHT this book was about, and give it a chance to change your book reading life. You will not be sorry. Told in alternating views.
