Absolutely loved this book!! The characters spoke to me, it was angst ridden, sexy, and true to teen life as it is today. So much the happens in this book is because the characters are typical teens. There is nothing nefarious, it's more like they are oblivious to what's in front of them. the real world, the real feelings, the author puts them both in front of you and makes you want it.
The author really tells a tale of when you want something, you need to be honest and upfront about your feelings. Make sure you work for it, and make sure you surround yourself with good people. The author does a great job making you feel what the characters are feeling. You feel immersed in the story, and that's exactly what you want. Told in dual pov.
Wow! I swear, every single time I read this author, I am completely blown away! I find her stories more than addicting and as close to perfection as you can get. The way her words weave together to create the most vivid and intoxicating scenes is pure gold. I could read her books over and over again. I absolutely love them.
FITYBI was full of angst and heat, twists and turns, and was 100% epic goodness! Demi and Niko were everything and more. I sat down and from the first words I was swept up in their story. They were explosively hot together. The connection between them was so all-consuming, you felt it everywhere. I was completely enamored and simply could not get enough of these two.
Overall, loved this story so much! You can't help but to fall for these characters. I absolutely devoured FITYBI, and I know that once you start reading, you'll be as completely immersed in this world as I was. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for a good angsty high school romance. This is one that'll take you on one heck of a ride. Five solid stars for Demi, Niko and FITYBI.
