The Devil comes with baggage, and not the kind you can lose. I was two years old when he saved me. I didn’t understand much at that age, but I remember the pale boy with hair as dark as ink, saving me from two evils. He said he would protect me; I just didn’t know he meant from himself. I was raised in the arms of evil, tailored for the Devil like a custom Armani suit, and every day he wore it like a weapon. Brantley thought by keeping me locked in his manor that it would protect me, and it did. Until it didn’t. As I slowly adapt to The Elite Kings Club and the dark, sinister world that exists around the outlaws in suits, I come to learn that the monster everyone fears is the very same one I crave. Like a prized trophy, I sit on his throne… Something quite pretty, an object he owns… She’s a porcelain doll, so shiny, so clean… Something I want to polish, but to never be seen… The time has come, I am in his world… Now his Dea, can be admired by all… The thing with porcelain is it’s fragile and delicate… It would only take a second for me to eradicate it…

Reviews:
Buckle up! I finished this at 3am, after a 3 hour nap, and I am not even sorry. I am always amazed at the talent this author has when it comes to creating the perfect storm. This book is gripping in that everything works perfectly. You have suspense, intrigue, sexy times, scary times, and it all boils down to the a formula for the perfect storm. Like I said buckle up, because this roller coaster of a book will grab you and not let go.
This book follows Brantley and Saint, as well as the other characters from the other Elite Kings books. What an eye opener as to Brantley nature. I mean I knew not all his pistons were not firing, but you know what? I just DO NOT care. It's the quite ones you have to watch out for and this series and especially this book show you why. Originally this was going to be a trilogy, but word on the street is that is now going to be a duet.
I think this is my first 5 star read of 2021, and it's so well deserved. If I said I was a little afraid of Amo Jones, after reading this book you will all agree, that mind of hers is scary. This book had me literally freaking out, all I have thought of today has been this book. Gripped by the throat and made to take it. This story is told in dual pov, and it sets to be my ultimate favorite of this author.

My GRsiggy
Sancte Diaboli is the latest installment in The Elite Kings Club series by Amo Jones, the queen of darkness. Told in dual perspectives, this is the long-awaited story that follows Brantley (Bran Bran) and Saint (Dea).

Whenever Amo Jones drops on my kindle I know for a fact that I'm in for one hell of a ride. That is exactly what she delivered in Sancte Diaboli. It takes you back and forth between the past and the present where you will learn of the abuse Brantley suffered at the hands of his father and how he came to be the protector of Saint, a silver swan.

I absolutely loved Brantley and Saint. They were perfectly matched. She was the light to his darkness, and there was no denying the chemistry and pull between them. It was explosive. What confused me was the crazy cliffhanger that we were left with. I'm not sure what was happening, but I know that I can't wait for more.

Overall, this story was emotional, twisted, riveting and all-consuming. Once again, Amo Jones proves to us that her words are a gift. She is a master storyteller, and her wicked tales will hook you right from the start. Highly recommended! Five stars and more for Brantley, Saint and Sancte Diaboli!

  About the Author:
Amo Jones is a USA Today & Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author, totally winging this author thing (she's probably doing it all wrong). She likes cake, loves wine, and her religion is magic (Slytherin). She's a profound work-a-holic, but when she's not writing, you can find her chilling with her kids & Husband at the nearest beach, with a cocktail in her hand. New Zealand is not a state of Australia and rugby is the best sport ever played.
