Seriously one of the funniest romantic comedies I have ever read. I was laughing so hard in some places my kids thought I had finally lost my sanity. Brooke is a lovable disaster, and completely relatable. My favorite quote from her " I'm sensitive, like a clitoris". I may or may not have said something like this before. I digress. Cain is the perfect anecdote to her crazy. They have been best friends along with Carly since middle school.
This was not as awkward as I thought it would be, or angst ridden. Simple laughter and realness makes this book click. If you are in the mood for a fun, quirky read, this is for you.
